Boasting a safe working load limit of 5,500lbs, these units have an approximate webbing length storage capacity of 15 feet, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
The two set screws have been purposely designed to position the winch while the tie-down strap is undergoing tensioning. NOTE: overtightening the screws could cause the bracket to bend, therefore we only recommend tightening to a 'snug' fit.
Manufactured from heat-treated carbon steel, this portable winch should be kept in a dry location when not in use, to prevent any unnecessary damage.
Stamped with the working load limit, country of origin, and manufacture date giving you total peace of mind, these low-profile portable winches comply with the relevant DOT regulations, as well as WTSDA, CHP, North American Cargo Securement, and Canadian 905 standards.
