Thern Worm Gear Power Winches are a single phase solution that gives you lifting and pulling power when and where you need it. Designed to be portable and easy to install, the 'Atlas Construction Winch' is frequently utilized on construction sites and applications where the going gets tough! This simple plug-and-play winch is also used on Thern's Davit Cranes and is extremely robust and resistant to outdoor weather conditions.
The maximum capacity on these electric winches goes up to 2000Ibs.
About the Thern 4WP2 and 4WP2T Worm Gear Electric Winches
Manufactured with a 115v single phase motor for easy installation on construction sites and features convenient lifting handles to make positioning and orientation super convenient. The internal gearing is also fully enclosed in an oil bath to keep it continuously lubricated for extended longevity and service life.
What can I use a Thern Worm Gear Power Winch For?
We offer three variations of the worm gear power winch, the first two can be used for lifting and pulling since they contain a load brake which is a requirement when lifting, the 4WP2T8-2000-8 offers all of the same features as the 4WP2 but with a larger drum to accomodate a longer length of winch rope .
4WP2 = Can be used for lifting & pulling
4WP2T8-2000-8 = Can be used for lifting & pulling
4WP2TC-2000-8 = Can be used for pulling ONLY.
